last night was great, thanks to everybody who came out and supported.
i know i always say it means so much to me, but it’s important for me to say it
because it really does.

my band THE MOTEL LIFE is going to be on MTV’s CAGED tonight at 10pm and it’s the download of the week for the show !
check it out!
Check out the cover of The motel life comic book. “They Don’t Know You” is a comic about tour life and other bullshit. It was written for the most part on tour. I’m Just about done with the final touches. I’ll post up some non scanned shots of my work soon. More details about the actual release will be available soon.
tour photo :3 & 4
left photo : while we were in seattle we dined at beth’s cafe which is famous for it’s 12 egg omelette challenge that nick ordered (fatty). there are crayon drawlings all over the walls from customers and i sat next to this lovely work of art.
right photo: by that time during the tour i was pretty broke and feeling blue. I went all “edward hopper” on my paper with my oddly shaped crayon and i dubbed the masterpiece “blue eggs”.
chain and the gang - bill for the use of a body
back home from tour.
back in my room with nothing but myself, my music, and a new book to read.
i’m about 800 to a 1,000 in debt so unfortunately i will be posting some vinyl for sale soon.
thank you bakersfield for a great last show. i already miss the road.
Day 13
I don’t want to come home regardless of how broke I am. the idea of coming back kind of makes me sick.
This has been the best/worst tour for me.
I think the only thing I would like to do right now is shave.
San fran was nice, a homeless guy told us he pissed himself and he was on his way to change his pants.
I don’t know why a bar would have a full band play and ask them to keep it down.
sure buddy, let me just turn the volume knob down on the drums.
can’t wait to play Bakersfield tomorrow.
last night we played ” el corazon” in seattle WA
another good time.
one of the opening acts cut me in half with her voice and i almost had to grab a tissue.
I love it when someone is great at singing but it comes out like emotion instead of practice.
tonight we play at the “ash street saloon” in portland oregon.
this eggnog shake, life is good.
DAY 9
i’m tired.
is there a such thing as a “good” kind of miserable?
playing common grounds tonight in burlington WA.
can’t wait to shake these zipper blues.
john coltrane is healing wounds.
this tour hasn’t ended yet and i’m already thinking about the tour in march.
